Health Coach Christine, CHC

A Certified Health Coach (CHC) is a wellness expert, mentor and accountability partner. Health Coach Christine will challenge you to identify concerns and struggles and set goals. Creating an atmosphere of success and a feeling of confidence.

​Working with me as your Coach is truly a collaborative partnership, we will be working closely together to help you get to your goals.

Christine is an independent business woman and grandmother of two beautiful grandchildren. To young to be a grandmother, she is known as “Mimi”. 

Growing up Christine dealt with loss. Her mother dying when she was young she stepped into the “mother” role to take care of her little brother and help with the house hold chores. Because she couldn’t cook yet her father taught her the basics, mac and cheese, hamburgers, tacos, you get the picture. A proper diet was not instilled, she did what she was taught. As a teenager she began to put on weight. Friday was always the local fast food joint, chicken nuggets & fries and lets not forget the soda! Then tacos were a must! 

Over the years she tried programs, celebrity diets, drops on the tongue, and even diet pills. It wasn’t until her father died that she decided she was not going to be that emotional eater she knew she was. She decided the best way to honor her father was to lose the weight, this time for good. Now she would research, study, and educate herself about proper nutrition and how to be healthy for the rest of her life.

After losing 55 lbs and keeping it off she realized that she helps her clients gain confidence to achieve the goals they desire for their lives and the lives of their families.
